Resume database
Find relevant experience with a focused resume search
Resdex helps recruiters narrow candidate searches around the requirements of a role. Combine search terms and filters, review the results and decide which profiles deserve a closer look.
How it works
- 1
Start with the role
Identify the essential skills, designation, location and experience range before searching. Use a Boolean query when you need precise combinations, or use the available plain-language search tools to describe the requirement.
- 2
Refine the results
Adjust filters to narrow your search and review candidate information against the vacancy. Save useful searches so you can return to a requirement without rebuilding the same criteria each time.
- 3
Review and download
Open authorized profiles and download resumes when your account permits it. Downloads follow your assigned quota. Company administrators can allocate capacity to recruiters and review usage in the quota dashboard.
Search access follows your team permissions
The public website explains how search works; it does not publish a searchable directory of private candidate records. Sign in to use the modules enabled for your account. A keyword match is a starting point: review the candidate’s experience and the context of each skill before shortlisting. Keep saved searches focused on real hiring requirements.
